Oral-Enhancing Chocolate Dipping Sauce Recipe

Posted on: 6 March 2015

You can improve your oral health with something sweet and delicious; you just need to make your sweets with the right ingredients. The following is a simple recipe for a dental friendly spicy chocolate dip.

Secrets Behind Your Spicy Chocolate Dip

The first ingredient you should pay attention to is the chocolate. You will be using raw chocolate or dark chocolate in this recipe. You need to use this type of chocolate because it still contains contents from the bark of the cacao bean. This is important because the bark of the cacao bean has an active ingredient called CBH. CBH helps fight cavity-causing bacteria by disrupting their cellular structure, which eventually kills them.

You will also be using raw milk in this recipe. Raw milk contains high contents of vitamin K2. Your body uses this vitamin to track all the calcium-deficient areas in your body. Your body can properly re-calcify all those areas, including your teeth. This should make your teeth strong enough to withstand bacterial attacks.

This recipe also calls for raw honey. Honey is an important oral-enhancing ingredient that can help you prevent cavities, too. Honey contains enzymes that will impede the reproductive process of some of the cavity-causing bacteria in your mouth.

Raw honey is also highly osmotic, which will effectively dehydrate the bacteria in your mouth to death.

The last ingredient to pay attention is the cinnamon. Cinnamon contains a bacteria-killing ingredient called cinnamic aldehyde. This ingredient deteriorates the membrane of the bacteria in your mouth.

Remember that these ingredients are meant to enhance your oral health, which should make your regular dental visits very successful.

Recipe For Spicy Chocolate Dipping Sauce

You will need the following:

  • 4 ounces of melted raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate nibs
  • ¾ cup of raw milk (you can also use organic milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • And a dash of cayenne pepper

To make your sauce, just follow the steps below:

  1. Melt your chocolate, and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Make sure all the ingredients are blended well. You can microwave the blend if you think the chocolate is not melted enough.
  3. Taste the mixture to see if you like the taste.

Now you can dip some strawberries, apples are whatever you want into the sauce and enjoy. You can also coat your favorite fruit with chocolate, and freeze it. Be sure to share these treats with the whole family.
